2014

To be honest, I’ve never really made any New Years Resolutions. Sure, I had some when I was younger (own 20 Barbies, buy a puppy), but nothing that I’ve ever put any serious, long term consideration into.

This year, I decided to change things up. I’m starting off 2014 with a list of 4 very attainable goals; they’ll just require work and conscious effort on my behalf for the year. So, my list goes:

  1. Be kinder
  2. Eat healthier
  3. Stop chewing my nails
  4. Start a blog

In regards to #1: I’m not a mean person, I actually find myself quite nice. However, I see the selflessness that my mother has towards the world around her, and that’s where I want to be.

#2: My eating habits are an absolute nightmare. I exercise like crazy (I’m a member on my high school’s varsity swim team), and thus can eat like crazy, but I know I’m not putting the right stuff into my body.

#3: Enough said.

#4: Let’s begin! I can’t wait to see where this exciting next year will go.

    I feel ya on the eating habbits.. i get carried away cause i fucking love food so damn bad! <3 haha
    But! I'm trying to drink 8+ big glasses of water a day to kind of help fill me stomach up and hydrate mahself.

    • I’ve been trying that too! Try adding some Chia seeds to your water, they’re tasteless, good for you, and fill you up sooo much!
